beginning of each season. Outlined below is a suggested agenda.

make or will be late to an event – please notify a coach ahead of time

should arrive at practices or games unsupervised before designated times

question game officials – players and parents – let that to the coaches

Unsportsman-like
conduct will not be tolerated – foul language, taunting players, etc.

Please come
through and leave by designated doors when using St. Clement or other gyms
respectively.

If anyone
other than a parent/guardian is picking-up an athlete, the parent/guardian
must tell the coach ahead of time.
-
Once in the
gym, no one leaves unsupervised.
-
If another
team is using the facilities before your scheduled time, there should be no
activities (i.e. ball throwing, running around) until the other team is
done.

Acceptable
practice attire
-
Towels,
water bottles and other equipment – do want at practice, games
-
Mark all your belongings that are brought to
practice, games
-
If it is not
yours, don’t touch or take it
-
No jewelry,
loose clothing that can injure player or others will be allowed

Injuries
-
Parent/guardian
is responsible for informing the Head Coach of any health changes in their
son’s/daughter’s condition that could affect their level of
participation or that the Head Coach should be aware of

Please make
coaches aware of any special medical conditions/situations/treatments
-
Prevention
– wear proper clothing, gear in proper shape
-
Mouthpieces
-
Please
report any injuries no matter how small to a coach
-
If an
emergency, will contact local medical center
-
Will attempt
to contact parents/guardian/persons designated on application
-
Parent/guardian
is responsible for keeping the Head Coach informed of any changes to
emergency contacts and/or physician information/telephone numbers.
-
One of the
coaches will accompany the injured athlete while another will supervise the
rest of the players.
-
Must have
written clearance from a doctor before an athlete can participate after a
medical condition arises (during a SCAC or other activity) that resulted in
some type of medical care

for Bingo and CCD Setup
1. Wednesday table setup for Bingo after 8:00pm practice
(Team practicing)
2. Friday table
pickup for Basketball 1st Team practicing (Team practicing)
3. Saturday table setup by 3:30pm for Bingo (Work Bond)
4. Sunday table pickup for Basketball 11:00am (Work Bond)
5. Sunday last team in gym setup for CC
